Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
Refund Processing Time: Within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Return Shipping Costs: Covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Due to our automated system, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@homeandharmony.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization with instructions.
Prepare Your Package: Repack the item securely with all tags and packaging, and include the return authorization form.
Ship Your Return: Use a reliable service with tracking. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks or card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective product, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
If the replacement is also defective, you’ll receive a full refund.
